Small mounted black and white photograph of former Barrow Mayor, Alderman Cedric W Ward J P. Cedric Ward was Mayor of the Borough of Barrow-in-Furness from 1967 to 1968. He was part of the Ward busines (selling paint etc). He was the first Conservative Mayor for many years after the Second World War.
